Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 530) on the following at this                               
time:                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(FIN)                                                                  
    "An Act making supplemental and other appropriations; amending                                  
    appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and                                  
    providing for an effective date."

amendment to CSHB 100(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 100(FIN)                                         
am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.

amendment to CSHB 100(FIN)?"  The roll was taken with the
